the title suggests, this album is a compilation
of Lancashire songs, all from previously issued
albums. Side one consists of studio tracks and
the second side is edited together from live
tracks, giving the impression of a live performance,
with patter between the songs - this is why
there are fewer tracks on side two. Naturally,
this compilation sold well west of the Pennines!
