Castle Cider is produced by the Dorset Honey & Cider Co, formerly Castle Cider & Preserves. This cottage industry is run by Malcolm & Sylvia Creed-Castle from Crabbs Bluntshay Farm where they produce a range of honey, cider, preserves, vegetables, fruit and flowers. Malcolm is the cider maker (Sylvia is the bee-keeper), and produced his ciders the traditional way. As well as selling form the farm (please call first), they sell their produce at the local farmers markets in Bridport and Dorchester.
