Castlings
Heath Cottage Organic Cider is made
with 100% natural cider made using only
East Anglian organic apples. It is pressed
in the cidery at Castlings Heath Cottage.
To produce the dry Original, the most
traditional method is used. No water
or sugar is added to the pressed apples.
Fermentation occurs due to the wild
yeast naturally present on the skins.
This is the real deal; 7 or 8% abv and
dry as a bone, with tart, acidic qualities
reminiscent of both white wine and the
sour lambic beers of Belgium.
