Delvin End Cidery are comparitively new on
the scene, having moved up from "hobbyists"
to small-scale commercial producers around
2004. |
| Ciders |
The
Delvin End Cidery produce two ciders: Storm
(a blended cider) and Cyclone,
a single-varietal Cox product at 7% abv, both
from local apples. They are totally unfined
(therefore vegan-friendly) and gin-clear.
Both are very dry in character and use a champagne
yeast. |
