Ermie and Gertie's Cider

Description

Ermie and Gertie's is a small family run business that was established in 2000 to produce a range of traditional, regional products, using only the best and most natural ingredients available. They set out to produce a high quality, 100% pure apple juice made in a traditional way with only apples from their own orchard or other selected local orchards, so they can be totally sure of the fruits origin. They do not substitute quantity for quality.

Ermie and Gertie's Apple Juice and Cider is made by hand selecting and pressing only the very best Somerset apples to give the finest freshly pressed 100% pure natural juice. Nothing is added except ascorbic acid (vitamin C) to delay discoloration, and no colourings, flavourings, preservatives, sweeteners or concentrates are used. All of their apple juice is made and bottled on their farm in Somerset on a seasonal basis in autumn from freshly harvested ripe fruit. As a result only limited quantities of apple juice and cider are available each year.
