Millwhites Cider

Description

Millwhites was created to celebrate the White family tradition of cider production over the past 100 years. Based in Hertfordshire, Millwhites Ciders are made from organic windfall apples grown and hand selected from their own orchards in the heart of the Somerset countryside.

Millwhites Cider is fermented and matured in oak barrels using the juice of whole pressed English apples. It is made of a unique blend of cider apples free from harmful pesticides and chemicals and, unlike other organic ciders does not contain any sulphites. This creates its distinct taste and appearance more in keeping with the traditional ciders enjoyed by our ancestors.

Ciders include spirit cask matured, and single variety Yarlington Mill, and Dabinett.

Ciders

Cider range:

  • Mixed Scrumpy Medium Dry Cider (7.5 ABV) - The variety of ancient apples that go into producing Millwhites' Mixed Scrumpy gives it a deep, golden appearance. It has a fresh, vibrant apple aroma, and a dry oaky taste with a subtle rum finish. Slightly sparkling on initial pour.
  • Premium Organic Medium Dry Cider (7.5 ABV) - Made from windfall apples grown and hand selected from Millwhites' organic orchards. It is fermented and matured in oak whisky or oak rum barrels using the juice of whole pressed English apples.
  • Yarlington Mill Organic Single Variety Medium Cider (6.5 ABV) - Yarlington Mill cider is made from apples grown and hand selected from Millwhites' orchards. It is fermented and matured in oak barrels using the juice of whole pressed English apples.
