Seidr Mynediad Ysbyty

Description

Jon's first Welsh Seidr - using the name Seidr Hen Fford Gymreig O Fyw - was a Tom Putt single varietal in 1982. Despite several changes of address, Jon must be one of the longest running (if intermittent) Welsh cidermakers - and his family's connection with farm cider is much deeper as his great uncle was a cidermaker from Leominster, and taught Jon's father tha fundamentals. And the surname 'Hallam' has more connections - Reuben Hallam is the man credited with giving the world the word "to scrump"!
