Ralph's Cider & Perry

Description

Ralph's Cider & Perry pride themselves on the traditional art of cider and perry making. All Ralph's Farmhouse Cider and Perry is produced on the farm; they grow our own fruit, mill and press all of their own juice, ferment, mature and bottle all of the products on the farm.

They are traditional in our methods of production, all of their juice is pressed through a cloth or hair, with either one of their many Victorian oak beam screw presses, or one of the vintage hydraulic presses. The ciders and perries rely on their natural yeasts and tannins to ferment. It is with the wealth of knowledge and experience that they can offer a range of products to suit many tastes.
