Rathay's is a mixed smallholding in rural Herefordshire. The owner's herd of Angora goats provide the fertiliser for their orchards; the resulting brew named accordingly! They also brew a bitter (Tremletts Bitter 7.2%).

Rathay's Old Goat Cider is a dry cider (7.2%).
