Sedlescombe Organic Cider

Description

England's leading organic vineyard (est. 1979) specialising in the production of organic English wines, fruit juices and farmhouse ciders to Soil Association standards.

Ciders

Sedlescombe Organic Dry Cider (extra strong) is made on-site at Sedlescombe from fresh locally grown culinary and dessert apples. Crafted in the old 'Farmhouse style' traditional in Kent and Sussex, it is fermented using the natural wild yeasts present on the fruit. Naturally semi-cloudy in the scrumpy style, it is a 'down-to-earth', genuine, full-bodied still cider. It is not at all like the readily available commercial ciders, and for most people in West Sussex, is probably unlike any other cider they have ever tasted! Alc.7.5% vol.
