Skidbrooke Cyder

Description

Skidbrooke Cyder produce a range of still, natural ciders - dry, medium and special - using only local apples. It is available to pubs or public.

The dry cider is available in 20 pint wine boxes, four pint Jerricans and 500ml bottles. The medium and the special cider are both kept in French oak barrels for at least six months before bottling. They also have a licenced to produce mead, and produce a traditional mead along with one with damsons and a third with mulberries.

Definitely active though not the easiest place to find when we visited. They did say a sign was about to be put up so they are more easily found. [C. Mills]
