Cyder produce a range of still, natural ciders
- dry, medium and special - using only local
apples. It is available to pubs or public.
The
dry cider is available in 20 pint wine boxes,
four pint Jerricans and 500ml bottles. The
medium and the special cider are both kept
in French oak barrels for at least six months
before bottling. They also have a licenced
to produce mead, and produce a traditional
mead along with one with damsons and a third
with mulberries. |
