Stamford Juice Company are a specialist apple
juice producer using local fruit from Stamford
in Lincolnshire. As well as apple juice they
also make a small amount of cider each year.
They simply put the pressed juice into oak
barrels and leave it to mature in a cool place
for at least eight months or more, using the
apples' natural yeasts for the fermentation. |

Stamford
Cider is made from local fruit which is matured
in oak spirit casks. Most is pasteurised and
bottled, but draught may be available on request.
Four casks of cider were made during the 2007/8
season. |
