Tay's Farmhouse Cider

Ciders

This is a very traditional cider, made by pressing the apples between layers of straw in a screw press. The flavour is equally traditional - slightly glutinous and acetic, with a taste of pigs. Not to everybody's taste but great if you like your cider this way. (crofter.com)
