Three Cats Cider

Description

Three Cats Cider is the brainchild of Derbyshire CAMRA members Sue and Chris Rogers. The duo have planted a new orchard of proper cider apple trees with the long-term plan to make traditional cider from Derbyshire-grown apples. While these trees grow, their first ciders were made from a mix of cooking and eating apples in the style of Eastern England cider makers. In 2006 they produced a Yarlington Mill (mostly) single variety cider which went down very well at the Peterborough Beer Festival, and showed the potential of this new company.
