Windmill Vineyard is home to the highest windmill in England, 665 feet above sea level, producing wines from grape varieties traditionally grown in England. As well as wine, Windmill Vineyard produce cider and perry from their own orchards, planted in 1997 with cider and perry varieties. They also make cider vinegar, and cyser, which is fermented apple juice and honey which creates a sweet, strong cider.
