if the audience at a inside gig is more than 10 mtrs away
to a audience less than 25
while people are eating in a break
while other music being played through a pub or club music system
in cold and wet weather where no heating or protection supplied
in a position where the band is difficult to see
where the band are subject to abuse and/or aggressive behavior
when there is any disorder
